Desert Sunflower

A Desert Sunflower takes hold in Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve in Colorado. Suprisingly hearty, they are able to survive in the shifting sands of the dunes, enduring temperatures that range from well below freezing to above 140 degrees fahrenheit.
